Recipe Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 potatoes. 1 mozzarella, 1 pound of ham, nutmeg, olive oil, salt and pepper q. B.

Doses for: 3 persone realization time: 45 minutes

Recipe:

To prepare this dish you need 3 rather large potatoes of similar size. Boil the potatoes so that they are well cooked; to verify the cooking it is sufficient to introduce a toothpick. In the meantime we will make the mozzarella and cooked ham into cubes, mix everything together adding olive oil or, alternatively, butter. The potatoes, once cooked, will be left to cool. Then with a teaspoon we will empty them and add the potato pulp and a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, to the mixture already prepared so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. So we'll fill the potatoes. In a pan with oil we will put the potatoes, adding a little oil also above. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until a crispy crust forms, and the dish is ready.
