Recipe Soft Donut

Ingredients:

250 grams of flour 00, 1 packet of yeast, 180 grams of sugar, 4 eggs, 120 ml corn oil, 130 ml of water 100 gr drops of chocolate.

Doses for: 8 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

To start working, we beat 4 eggs and 180 grams of sugar with an electric mixer. Then add 250 grams of flour a little at a time and 120 ml of corn oil, continuing to whisk. We then pour 130 ml of water into the mixture. When everything is well mixed add a sachet of baking powder after sieving it, and we will incorporate it. The next step is to pour 100 grams of chocolate drops or alternatively the same amount of cocoa into the mixture, depending on your taste and mix. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and add a few drops of chocolate. At this point we bake in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes at 180 °. Let's cool and turn the mold on a tray. The result is that you can enjoy a good and light dessert without butter.
