Recipe 'a Caddura Cù Ll'ova - Typical Sicilian

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of flour, 350 g sugar, 4 eggs, hard boiled eggs, egg whites, a glass of milk, 150 g of butter, grated orange or lemon peel, yeast, sugar-tails

Recipe:

We put in a large bowl the flour, add the eggs, we begin to mix and add the flour in the meantime, all the sugar, grated orange peels, pour the milk and knead for everything well with your hands.
