Recipe Chocolate Cake With A Soft Heart
Ingredients:
130 grams of dark chocolate, 25 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 100 grams of butter, 50 grams of sugar.

Recipe:
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie with the already softened butter. In a planetary mixer, beat the eggs (2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks) with the sugar. Assemble ensuring that they blend well. It is not important that they swell because it is not necessary to incorporate a lot of air. Add the well sifted flour and incorporate. Meanwhile butter the cups and flour them with cocoa, making sure to cover the entire inner surface. When the chocolate is completely melted, turn off the heat. Pour it into the egg, sugar and flour mixture. With the help of a ladle, pour the mixture into the cups filling them up to about 3/4. Bake for 9-10 minutes at 220 degrees in a pre-heated oven. Tip: serve the chocolate cake with a raspberry sauce.
