Ingredients:

300 g of stale bread, 200 g of San Marzano tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, chili pepper flakes, 6 basil leaves, 90 g of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, 90 g of olive oil, salt and pepper

Recipe:
