Recipe Japanese Cake 3 Ingredients

Ingredients:

120 gr of philadelphia, 120 gr of white chocolate, 3 eggs

Doses for: 6 persone realization time: 1 hours and 0 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by dividing the yolks from the whites and then cover them with plastic wrap and set them aside. Arrange the mold that we're going to use, covering it with parchment paper both at the base and at the edges, leaving the paper a little higher. Butter the mold before lining. Then we melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then add the philadelphia and incorporate the two ingredients well. Then we take the yolks and one by one we begin to add them in the bowl and we continue to turn with a spatula for desserts. Whip the egg whites until stiff and also incorporate them gently, being careful not to disassemble the mixture. We pour everything into the mold and wrap it with aluminum paper. We lay on the baking tray and fill this last one with water. Bake in the center of the oven at 170 degrees the first 15 minutes, then at 160 degrees another 15 minutes and to finish off in the oven another 15 minutes. Let it cool completely before pulling it out of the mold and then garnish with icing sugar and enjoy!
