Recipe Pork Loin With Citrus Fruits

Ingredients:

1 kg of pork loin, 3 orange juice, 3 untreated oranges, 1 teaspoon of orange peel, 2 glasses of white wine, thyme, salt, pepper.

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 2 hours and 0 minutes

Recipe:

We start mixing the orange peel, salt and pepper and massage the meat. In a saucepan we put a little olive oil and transfer the meat. Once it is well browned, add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate, then add the sprigs of thyme and moisten it with the orange juice and the remaining wine. Then cook for about 1 hour and a half. To preserve all the smells and flavors of the meat, let it cook with a lid. Once the cooking time is up, turn off the stove and cover the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest. In the meantime take the oranges, peel them and cut them into slices. So let's take the roast again and slice it, alternating the slices of loin with those of orange. Enjoy your meal!
