Recipe Soft Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 eggs, 120 grams of oil, 60 ml of yogurt, 10 grams of vanilla sugar, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 450 grams of flour, 15 grams of baking powder

Recipe:
We take a large bowl and put the eggs, oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and mix everything with your hands. Once a smooth and homogeneous mixture is created, gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder. We knead again to create a thick and compact dough. We grease a baking pan with oil and from the dough we get some balls that once placed, we will bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After the cooking time, our biscuits will be ready, let's pull them out and put them on the plate or in the container we prefer and enjoy!
