Recipe Nutella Muffins Without Oven
Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 00,50 grams of icing sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 150 ml of milk, 25 ml of seed oil, nutella

Recipe:
Let's start by placing the flour, baking soda, icing sugar, vanilla extract and seed oil in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands and in the meantime add the milk a little at a time until you get a smooth and compact dough. Once ready, flour the pastry board and spread the dough leaving the sheet about 3 cm thick. Then take a round cookie cutter and start to make circles. Put the nutella in the middle of the half of them and close them with the other half of the circles. Then heat a non-stick pan and place it on our muffins, keeping them about 4 minutes on each side over low heat. Once ready, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
