Recipe Ginger Chicken
Ingredients:
1 kilo of chicken legs, 1 ginger root, 1 spring onion, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of seed oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of powdered ginger, 1 carrot, half a pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil of sesame, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce

Recipe:
Slice the ginger and place it at the base of the insert used for steaming. Also add the chopped spring onion, but only the green part. Salt the chicken legs and place them on the layer of ginger and spring onions. Cover with more ginger and spring onion. Steam for about 40-50 minutes. Once cooked, cut the chicken and set it aside. Put the oil in the wok, add the chopped garlic and fry it. Add the powdered ginger, the chopped vegetables, the sesame oil and the light soy sauce. Serve the chicken with vegetables and sauce.
