Recipe Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients:

8 slices of pork loin, flour enough, panko enough, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, salt to taste, seed oil enough (to fry)

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

The first thing to do is to beat the slices of pork with a meat tenderizer, placing them between two sheets of parchment paper. Then prepare the breading: put the flour, garlic powder and white pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with salt. In a third cup, put the panko. Meanwhile, heat the seed oil in a pan. Switch now to the breading of the slices of arista. Flour the chops in the first cup, then pass them into the bowl with the eggs and finally into the one containing the panko. Fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown. Serve hot with salt and lemon.
