Recipe Zitoni With Beans And Broccoli
Ingredients:
400 grams of pythons, 300 grams of broccoli, 300 grams of cannellini beans already cooked, 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 4 anchovy fillets, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red pepper (optional), Parmesan (optional), salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:
First prepare the broccoli. Cut the florets and steam them for 4 minutes. In the meantime put the oil in a large pan and heat it with garlic, a chili pepper cut in two and the anchovies. Lower the heat and add the broccoli tops. Remove the garlic and the chili pepper. Add a dash of hot water and cooked beans with a little of their broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Salt the water for the pasta and add the pasta. Drain the pasta a couple of minutes in advance and place it directly in the pan containing the sauce. Add a couple of ladles of cooking water and Parmesan. Serve hot with a drizzle of raw oil and another Parmesan.
