Recipe Soft Nougat With Nutella
Ingredients:
400 g Nutella, seven hundred grams of white chocolate, 300 g of dark chocolate, 200 g of roasted hazelnuts, 150 g of chocolate candies
Recipe:
To start we put the chocolate to melt in a container, inside a pot full of water in a water bath, then pour the chocolate into the mold so as to cover all the walls in a united and put them to rest in the refrigerator. In a separate bowl put the white chocolate also melt it and add the Nutella, and then mix everything with a spoon, until the mixture is smooth. At this point we pour into the molds of our compound before filling the entire surface with a spoon, add the above hazelnuts and still coat it with liquid chocolate. Another mold instead we're going to put the candies and coat it with a layer of melted chocolate.
