Recipe Plastic Chocolate

Ingredients:

a tablespoon of unflavored gelatin, 3 tablespoons of water, 250 g white chocolate, a tablespoon of sugar, 200 g of sifted powdered sugar,

Recipe:

We put in a steel bowl, 3 tablespoons of water, add a tablespoon of gelatin, put on the stove, wait 5 minutes, turn the jelly and wait for it to melt. At this point in another container, put the chopped white chocolate into pieces, pour 2 tablespoons of water, glucose and put the bowl to heat in a pan in a water bath so that the chocolate melts. We now add the gelatine, mix it all, and bring the mixture we just made on our work bench above a thick layer of icing sugar. Knead for now everything well until you get the optimum consistency, so we will have our "stick" of plastic chocolate ready.
