The course offers the opportunity to gain practical technical knowledge to enter the world of professional pizzeria. The curriculum will focus on nutritional knowledge, technical and managerial practices, and merchandise. The training structure of the course provides a quick job placement. Target audience: the course is aimed at all those who have no experience in the industry and are looking to a future profession as a pizza maker. It is addressed to those who have the ambition and dream of opening his own business. Didactic: didactic approach foresees a strong practical component, supported by Academy facility equipped with modern equipment and cutting edge, using a wood-burning oven and oven professional. During the course there will be extra curriculum, with days of practice at events and event. The training plan includes a part of theory. Frequency: the course will last 105 hours with frequency full time Monday to Friday from 10: 00 at 17: 30.The program includes 20 hours of theory, 85 hours of practice, a guided tour of the mill. They will also be provided for 60 hours of internship.
