Professional Cooking Fried food course

Enrollments are now open for the course of of fried food! 15 days of theory and practice directly in pizzeria from the first to the last day. Daily lessons are about 5 hours a day, our schedules are flexible to meet the needs of those who study or work. Professional Cooking Pizza & Pasta Course

In addition to classic pizza course that is detailed in the site, this course will include also a cooking program focused only on pasta. The course duration is 20 days for about 5 hours a day split between pizza and pasta. At the end of the course, you will receive a Pizza Certificate and the certificate of the International Academy of taste regarding cooking PASTA. You will also receive two uniforms: the pizza maker PIZZAITALIANACADEMY and the INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY of taste.
Professional Cooking Course to become a Pizza Maker

Registration is now open for the next course to become a pizza chef. Duration 13 days. Intensive theory and practice in a pizzeria. The course consists of a theoretical part and a practical part, both carried out directly in a pizzeria. Our schedules are flexible, suited to those who have commitments to work or study. The course has a limited number reserved for up to 3 people at a time, takes place inside a pizzeria in the area. Our courses are reserved to a few people at a time to give you the assurance that you will be following good!
