The course is conducted in Lecture Hall with double working stations for up to 10 people. The chef performs frontally recipes and simultaneously participants are going to work with him. The limited number of participants, allows to compete directly with the matter and to have the right space to improve. The course consists of 4 lessons of 3 hours each; will cover the basics of pastries: pastry, choux pastry, puff pastry, dough genoise. At the end of the course you will be issued with the attack.
