Hit with Ateneo della Pizza! Ateneo della Pizza, Italian school leader in the formation of pizza makers, organizes the basic course for pizza lasting 40 hours. During the course, taught by a teacher pizzaiolo Pro, the candidate will be able to acquire the skills needed to deal with the craft of pizza maker, with specific focus on the theory and numerous practical exercises on dough, writing, filling and cittura product. The course will be held inside a laboratory pizzeria Pizza University, provided with all equipment and material. At the end of the course the Pizza University will issue a certificate of attendance at Pizzaiolo, valid also outside Italy.

Ateneo della Pizza deals, for many years, training courses for aspiring pizzaioli, to teach the art of Italian pizza and you can begin to do the job of a pizza maker. With University of Pizza you will have the possibility, through a course of 40 hours, to learn the basics of the craft: you'll get a good knowledge of raw materials and ingredients, you'll learn to make a paste and keep rising, to apply techniques very specific manuals in the preparation of the dough, and using an electric oven, wood-burning and all the tools of the trade. At the end of the course an attendance certificate will be releasing Pizza Athenaeum also valid outside Italy, with which you will be able to undertake the job.
