The curriculum PROVIDES for 50 HOURS and 100 HOURS of INTERNSHIP, starting with the basics, will bring the student to a complete autonomy of this profession so request in Italy and abroad. The course will be held at the headquarters of ISCOM – Bologna at via Cesare Gnudi 5 then the internship to 100 hours at a pizzeria with a timetable to be agreed with the student. Starting from the basic dough you will come to the complete management of all secrets for doing the job properly by FIRST PIZZA CHEF.
