Will begin Wednesday, 7 March 2018 the course for pizza makers run by ISCOM of Bologna in collaboration with the vocational training school "GOURMET" Pizza. The curriculum provides for 212 hours of course divided into 52 hours of classroom and practical workshop and 160 hours of internship. Starting with the basics, will bring the student to a complete autonomy of this profession so request in Italy and abroad.
