The course is divided into 5 parts: 1.Theoretical part (didactics) 7 teaching modules are planned (In Italian or English) by studying at home followed and monitored by the teacher (TUTOR). The slides are prepared in a simple and catchy, movies live discover the secrets to becoming a professional pastry chef. During this phase, and for the whole course, the student will remain in constant contact with a tutor (teacher), periodically test and final exam are planned; 2.Practical part (Intern) On internship "STAGE" is estimated at 2 months (360 hours and may be extended if the student deemed necessary for a better preparation). For the internship will take into account the requirements of logistics and of each pupil, therefore will be attended at a pizza restaurant selected and certified by PIUITALIA, in the town of residence of the student or any other city in Italy. Schedules are agreed and established between the student and the tutor business, taking into account the mutual needs. The courses are reserved for a maximum of 10 students selected. The course is divided into 5 parts: 1.Theoretical part (didactics) 7 teaching modules are planned (In Italian or English) by studying at home followed and monitored by the teacher (TUTOR). For foreign students who have attended the theoretical phase in their country, the trainee (internship) will take place in Italy, in one of the cities indicated: (Rome, Milan, Catania, Naples, Bologna, Terni, Rimini, Turin Verona, Bolzano). 3.Part, assistance at work: at the end of the PIUITALIA course provides students an effective assistance to facilitate their employment both as employees and as entrepreneur, both in Italy and abroad. This is followed by a consultant PIUITALIA in cooperation with employment agencies, and other partners of the circuit AV Consulting. 4.Part, awards: at the end of the course are issued: -certificate of specialization Italian Pizzeria. -Certificate of attendance with the reference letter. -HACCP Certificate with validity. All documentation is released in Italian and English. 5.Part, seminars: for 3 years following the end of the course, the student will be able to annually attend seminars sponsored by PIUITALIA and held by teachers of national and international fame. It allows a continuous formation and comparison with colleagues of every nationality. PIUITALIA will never leave you alone, you can attend the course in Italy and abroad (in Italian or English), the project "GiovaniPIU" allows you to take advantage of interesting studies and scholarships subsidized payment systems.
