Recipe Piedmontese Appetizer

Ingredients:

5 tomatoes, 500 g of carrots, 500 g of celery, 500 g of peppers, 500 g of cauliflower, 500 g of green beans, 500 g of spring onions, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar.

Doses for: 10 persone realization time: 1 hours and 0 minutes

Recipe:

We start preparing this dish by thoroughly washing the vegetables. Then we cook the tomatoes and make a pass. Then we prepare the green beans by removing the ends and making them into small pieces. We clean the onions by removing the veils and then making them with these pieces. The same thing we do with carrots, after grating them, with peppers, after cleaning them internally. The same process also with cauliflower and celery. Pour the celery first into the past and start cooking. After ten minutes each, add the carrots, then the onions, then green beans and then cauliflower and then the peppers. We proceed with the cooking and we add 2 tablespoons the sugar and one of salt, 1 glass and vinegar and one of oil. The cooking will be completed after about an hour. You can keep the appetizer by putting it in jars that are still hot and in a dark place.
