Recipe Cauliflower Cream
Ingredients:
500 g of cauliflower, 2 small potatoes, 20 g of leek, 10 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 1 l of vegetable broth, salt, pepper.

In a saucepan, sauté the leek and in the meantime wash the potatoes well, peel them and chop coarsely. Take the cauliflower, clean it and cut it in the same way. Add both of them to the leek in a saucepan, then add the broth, salt and pepper and cook with a lid for about 30 minutes. After the cooking time has elapsed, we pour it into a large bowl and with the immersion blender we reduce everything in cream. After this procedure, our velvety is ready to serve.
