Professional courses to become a professional chef or pastry chef and get into work. The courses have a duration of 3 MONTHS from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30, in which the chemistry of food, principles and cooking of the same will be studied and then put into practice which will be for 90% of the course. The practice includes an approach to cooking and pastry starting from the basics, up to the new methods of cooking and conservation. The costs of the course are 12,000.00 euros VAT free. Possibility of stay in the academy, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the end of the course we introduce you to work through internships, given our extensive collaboration with the best restaurant companies throughout Italy.
