DESCRIPTION With Christmas just around the corner if you want to get ready to cheer up your tables and think of some delicious DIY gifts, a Christmas pastry course is the one for you. The course on the classic desserts of the Christmas period will allow you to learn how to make some typical Christmas sweets, in an atmosphere of scents and traditional flavors. The practical lessons will take place in an equipped laboratory where participants will be able to directly test the preparation of the recipes under the guidance of an expert pastry chef. Doughs, decorations and various molds will accompany you in this formation in the name of sweetness. RECIPIENTS The course is addressed to everyone, beginners, aspiring pastry chefs and anyone who wants to learn how to make traditional sweets, learn new recipes and decoration techniques, all with a Christmas theme. CONTENTS (9 hours, 3 lessons) Christmas sweets are essential to create the magic that only Christmas gives us, they are perfect for the whole holiday season, even to end the Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas lunch with a touch of sweetness. Christmas cake recipes are really for everyone! At the practical Christmas pastry training course the participants will have at their disposal all the ingredients, the equipment, the decorations, the colors and everything needed to prepare and decorate typical Christmas sweets.
