The full-immersion pizza chef course is an offer organized by the Professional Pizzaioli School Gourmet. A Professional teacher will transmit step by step all the various processing steps from the brief theoretical outline, to how you get a dough by hand and machine and then move on to the disc openings and the cooking with eletric and wood oven. THE DATE OF THE COURSE WILL BE FIXED DIRECTLY WITH THE STUDENT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. The duration of the course is a minimum of 3 days up to a maximum of 5 days with 6 hours of lessons / day. The Course for Pizzaioli organized by ISCOM in Bologna in collaboration with the Professional Training School Pizzaioli "GOURMET" will begin on 11 March 2020.The teaching program includes 212 course hours divided into 52 hours of classroom and practical laboratory and 160 hours of internship. Starting from the basics, they will lead the student to a complete autonomy of this profession so requested in Italy and abroad. The course, which will be held at ISCOM - Bologna in via Cesare Gnudi, 5 for five weeks, then the 100-hour work experience at a pizzeria with a timetable to be agreed with the student. Starting from the basic doughs you will arrive at the complete management of all the secrets to correctly carry out the work of FIRST PIZZAIOLO.
