Italian Chef Academy (ICA) is a world-class, institution of higher professional training in Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts where the fundamentals and science of cooking are taught by renowned instructors in the prestigious Academy located in one of the most exclusive and panoramic areas in Rome.
