With Ateneo leading Pizza Pizza's education, you can learn the art of true Italian pizza. With the help of a qualified master pizzaiolo, step by step, participants will learn techniques of kneading, rising, sanitary rules and manual techniques. They're going to produce classic round pizza, pizza in tray, Neapolitan pizzas and calzones, both with wood stove that with electric oven, to learn the best and be prepared for various types of pizza. At the end of the course the Pizza University will issue a certificate of participation in the course. The course takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 at 17,for three consecutive weekends.
Professional Cooking BASIC COURSE FOR PIZZA
