The basic pastry course is aimed at anyone who wishes to enrich their knowledge and deepen their passion. Duration: 4 lessons of 3 hours each; Max participants: N. 5 Program: Lesson 1: genoise and chocolate genoise paste, biscuit paste, custard; Lesson 2: cream puffs, puffs, èclairs, profiterolles, coffee custard, chantilly cream; Lesson 3: puff pastry, apple puff pastries, cream puff pastries, cannoli, diplomatic cake; Lesson 4: shortcrust pastry, fresh fruit tart, apple tart, ricotta pastiera, pear cheesecake. Each student will be given a lecture note with all the recipes to be made. The tasting of what has been prepared will follow. At the end of the course, the certificate of participation will be issued.
