Cookery classes in three languages led by Gabriella Moscati and her staff. Four dishes will be prepared: starters, first course (pasta based), second course (meat or fish based), dessert. Course participants will have hands-on involvement. We will provide a host of information about the ingredients used, with particular emphasis on local specialities. Participants will have the chance to try their own creations. There is a choice of three menus: Traditional Umbrian, Imaginative Umbrian and Last Minute.
