UdS was founded in the early 90s by a group of local motivated entrepreneurs operating in the sector of commerce, catering and tourism. They were committed to ensure the school’s training reflects market needs and enhances students’ employability. Their objective was to resolutely hand down their professional knowhow and, above all, their passion for ancient crafts for others to follow. For the last ten years, the school has trained more than 3200 cooks, sommeliers, bartenders, pastry chefs and waiters by offering real job and career growth opportunities.
