With University of Pizza you will have the possibility, through a course of 40 hours, to learn the basics of the craft: you'll get a good knowledge of raw materials and ingredients, you'll learn to make a paste and keep rising, to apply techniques very specific manuals in the preparation of the dough, and using an electric oven, wood-burning and all the tools of the trade. At the end of the course an attendance certificate will be releasing Pizza Athenaeum also valid outside Italy, with which you will be able to undertake the job.
