"Margherita"the real Neapolitan Pizza doc from mixing to baking in a wood oven
Classes will be set in a special room of the restaurant with typical Neapolitan wood-burning stove. The lesson is the demonstration of true Neapolitan dough and all its History
Each participant will be given an apron and a hat, with a seat on the bench for the
realization of their pizza. The lecture was held by Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Napoletano Esposito and Chef Serena Sorangelo. The complete lesson will be translated into English, Japanese, French or Russian. Following the lesson the participa.
