Start date: 20 March duration: 50 hours (13 matches) hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 19.00 – 23.00 hours cost: the responsibility of the participant to €165 (total cost €550) the aim of this module is to provide the recipients with a set of skills that can contribute to increase the food services sector, and in particular process will cover issues relating to the description and use of equipment, basic pastry techniques from catering. Will be a final check that will ensure the acquisition of content produced during the form
Cooking Advanced cooking course

Start date: 2 April 2018 duration: 50 hours (13 matches) office hours: Monday and Wednesday 19.00 – 23.00 hours cost: the responsibility of the participant to €165 (total cost €550) lens module this module aims to increase technical knowledge developed in the module's basic cooking techniques, Food. They may however be allowed even those who, despite not having attended the form shown above, possess work experience/equivalent training. Will be a final check that will ensure the acquisition of content developed in module. The final examination consists in a practical kitchen.

BASIC COOKING TECHNIQUES (course co-funded) date: 20 March 2018 duration: 50 hours (13 matches) office hours: Monday and Wednesday 19.00 – 23.00 hours cost: €165 paid by the participant (total cost €550) the aim of this module is to provide the recipients with a set of skills that can help increase the catering sector, in particular process will be dealt with issues relating to the description and use of equipment, basic cooking techniques and methods of cooking. This module is a prerequisite for the performance of the module "Advanced cooking Techniques\". Requires no previous experience in the field, because the path has a Valence preparatory to learning the techniques of cooking
