Q.A the professional course that puts you in the hands of a job WITHOUT UNEMPLOYMENT; Goals Learn all the phases inherent in the making of pizza: from the types of flour to the leavening times, from the bread-making techniques to the dough techniques, from the rolling out, filling and cooking to the different types of oven; The pizza chef course will guide you to discover the secrets of the white art and the techniques of baking and baked products.
