The Cordon Bleu Culinary School of Florence offers cooking courses as well as single lessons for professional and amateur cooks, chefs, tourists and children. Italian, Tuscan, Florentine and International cuisine classes are available, along with special courses on wine, bread, pasta and more. The lessons are in Italian, English, or French and given by our founders, Cristina Blasi and Gabriella Mari, plus a variety of other chefs and experts. A course for all those who want to study professional culinary techniques, starting from the scratch. Lessons are intensive and practical (hands on lessons), 5h each and held every day from Monday to Friday in the morning. 20 lessons in total + 3 HACCP lessons, 4 h each. The course includes an internship, not mandatory (10 weeks after the lessons at School)
Cooking Basic cooking course

The course consists of 10 lessons, once a week from 2 to 5 pm and/or from 7 to 10pm on Thursday. Totally held in Italian, but we can give you recipes in English and a little help in English now and then when requested. You can attend also single lessons.
