L’Italiano Porticando reserves every year several weeks to the so-called “Golden Age”, i. E. people over 50 who want to attend an Italian Language Course together with people of the same age. The course focuses on the speaking ability and on cultural aspects of the language. The classes will be in the morning, 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (except Wednesday). On Wednesday we organize an outing to discover cultural aspects of the city and its surroundings or a Piedmontese wines and food tasting, or a walk in the nature in one of the regional parks near Turin (the activities depend on the weather and on the number of students). Price: 370 Euro/week

Language Standard Courses (from A1 to C1)

Standard courses are Italian language courses in groups of 5 to 8 people, suitable for all levels of knowledge (from beginners to advanced). We offer 15 and 20 hours/week courses lasting from minimum 1 week to 2,3 or 4 weeks (for each level) with the possibility to sign also up for long term courses. The courses start always on the first Monday of the month. This starting date is binding for absolute beginners, while those who already have some knowledge of the Italian language can start any other Monday after an entry test. Classes are normally held in the morning, every day from Monday to Friday. The courses pay special attention to the communicative skill (communication) without neglecting the other language skills. The school will propose activities to get to know Turin and speak Italian outside the school. All the activities are included in the price. Price: starting from 260 euro for a week with 3 h/day

Have you ever thought of doing an online group course with other international students? From 2020 it is possible with L'Italiano Porticando! Join our online group courses for all levels. The classes are organized in 30 hours modules and take place twice per week. The below starting dates are valid for all levels (from A1 to C1-C2) and the courses are run if we have at least three students enrolled. From November, 18 2024 Monday and Wednesday, from 18: 30 to 20: 30 (CET) Tuesday and Thursday, from 10: 00 to 12: 00 PRICE (including teaching materials sent as PDF prior to the beginning of the course): 30 hours – 290 Euro/person

Language Italian Evening Course (from A1 to C1)

Italian language course for those who work or study in Turin and want to learn the language in the evening. The course is designed for all levels and will take place on Tuesday and on Thursday, from 18: 30 to 20: 30.The cost (all inclusive) for 30 hours is 320 Euro. Discounts for university students and au-pairs. Please note, that the price will be lower for those joining after the official course starting date.
