Recipe Penne With Mustache

Ingredients:

Mezze Penne Rigate Integrali 320 grams, Ham cooked in slices 100 grams Fresh liquid cream 300 grams, Tomato puree 25 grams, Parsley Fine salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Black pepper to taste

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

To prepare the penne with the mustache, first wash, dry and finely chop the parsley. Set aside and add to the ham, cut it into thin strips. Place a pan on the fire with plenty of water, salted to taste, which will be used for cooking the pasta. Return to the dressing: pour a little oil into a pan and add the ham; let it brown for about a minute and add the cream. Mix everything together, add the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it al dente, transferring it directly to the pan with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper; add the chopped parsley, mix everything and serve your penne with the whisker still warm.
