Recipe Spinach With Pecorino And Pine NutsIngredients:500 gr of fresh spinach, 1 clove of garlic, oil, a few slices of seasoned pecorino, pine nuts, salt. Doses for: 2 persone realization time: 20 minutesRecipe: This side dish is really simple and quick to prepare and it's really tasty! Let's begin. Put oil in a pan together with a clove of garlic. Insert the fresh spinach and close the pan with the lid leaving the flame high. Meanwhile, slice the pecorino cheese (7-8 slices should be fine for 2 people) and let's keep it aside. Let's go back to the spinach, which should be almost already cooked and take a couple of generous handfuls of pine nuts and put them in the pan. Let it cook for a couple of minutes. We will begin to smell the scent of pine nuts, so we can remove the garlic and turn off the stove. Our side dish is ready! Serve the spinach with the pine nuts and put around the slices of pecorino previously cut. Enjoy your meal!
