Recipe Gnocchi, Guanciale And Peperoni

Ingredients:

600 grams of potato gnocchi, 100 grams of bacon, 2 peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, basil, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

To make gnocchi with bacon and peppers, chop the onion very well, then add it in a pan with some extra virgin olive oil and some basil leaves. Let it fry well. Meanwhile wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pot. We also wash and clean the peppers, cut them into strips and add them to the pot. Add salt and water with half a glass of water and cook in a covered pot for about 15 minutes. Once the peppers and tomatoes are cooked, we pass the sauce in a glass and frulliamolo it with an immersion blender. At this point, cut the bacon into small pieces and brown it in the pan without adding any fat. When the fat of the bacon has become transparent, add the pepper sauce to the pan and let the whole thing flavor. We rise the water to a boil, let's dip the gnocchi and drain them only when they surface on the surface. Transfer the gnocchi directly into the sauce with the bacon and peppers and stir. We serve hot gnocchi.
