Recipe Apple Pie

Ingredients:

3 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, 50 ml of milk, 60 grams of butter, 300 grams of flour, 1 sachet (16 grams) of baking powder, 2 large apples

Doses for: 8 persone realization time: 55 minutes

Recipe:

To prepare the apple pie, first break the eggs in a bowl and start mixing with the help of electric whips. Then add, still stirring, the sugar, milk and melted butter. Pour the flour a little at a time, the bag of baking powder and mix until you get a dough without lumps. Take the two large apples, peel half an apple, cut it into small pieces with a knife and mix it with a wooden spoon. We will use the rest of the apples for decoration. We prepare a baking sheet, I used a 24 cm diameter one, well greased and floured and let's pour the dough. Peel and cut the rest of the apples into thin slices and decorate the cake, placing the wedges on the entire surface of the cake. Finally, sprinkle the surface of the apple pie with a little sugar. We bring the cake to bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes or in a convection oven, preheated to 170 ° always for about 45 minutes. Once cooked the cake let it cool, then extract it from the mold and serve it!
