Recipe Taleggio Croutons
Ingredients:
4 slices of homemade bread, 100 g of taleggio cheese, 2 tablespoons of truffled pasta
Doses for: 4 persone
realization time: 10 minutes
Recipe:
We start by slicing some bread and making croutons. Cut the taleggio cheese into pieces and place it on toasted bread. We put everything on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, 5 minutes should be enough. Once the taleggio has melted, we take out and add 1 teaspoon of truffle cream on each of them. Our croutons are ready to serve and to taste! A really fast and tasty appetizer that will make you do without a doubt a beautiful figure at the table! It is advisable not to use more than a teaspoon of truffle cream otherwise the flavor may become too strong and unpleasant.
