Recipe Pasta Margherita

Ingredients:

400 grams of mezze penne, 1 mozzarella, 20 cherry tomatoes, 2 zucchini, basil, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, salt.

Recipe:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt. Add the pasta and cook it al dente. Then switch to the dressing. Start by slicing and slicing the courgettes and then grill them on a griddle or grill. Cut the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Season with chopped basil by hand and finely chopped garlic. Season with oil and salt. Add the mozzarella cut into pieces. Meanwhile, drain the pasta and transfer it to a large salad bowl. Season it with the seasoned tomatoes and the grilled zucchini. If necessary, adjust oil and salt. Serve cold.
