Ingredients:

5 eggs, 100 g sugar, 1 vanillin, 50 g corn starch, 50 ml oil, 3 tablespoons bitter cocoa, 200 ml whipping cream, 100 g coconut flour, Nutella as required

Recipe:

To make this delicious cake we start by separating the egg whites from the egg yolks, and proceed with whipping the egg whites until stiff. Add 100 g of sugar to the egg whites and continue to stir. Add the egg yolks slowly until you create a homogeneous mixture. We then proceed with adding 50 ml of oil and a sachet of vanillin. We continue to mix adding 50 g of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa to the mixture. Once the dough is ready, spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in a homogeneous way and then cook at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Once ready let it cool down and move on to the preparation of the filling preparation. We put 200 ml of cream in a bowl. Once ready, we can add the coconut flour and mix well. Take the base of the roll, spread the nutella (to taste) and add the filling evenly. We can then move on to rolling up the base. Subsequently we let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Depending on our tastes we can decorate the roll with the filling of cream and coconut flour and serve it!
