Recipe Coffee Semifreddo
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons of instant coffee, 20 ml of cold milk, 3 tablespoons of condensed milk, 500 ml of liquid cream, seed oil, coffee beans, bitter cocoa

Recipe:
We start by dissolving the instant coffee in cold milk. Mix well and add the condensed milk and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In a large bowl, whip the liquid cream until stiff and keeping the blender in operation, gradually add the mixture to the coffee. Once the mixture is ready, cover the mold with a plumcake anointed with oil and pour it into it. We level with a spatula for sweets and bring in the freezer for 2-3 hours. After the rest time, we take out our semifreddo and put it on a serving plate. Let's garnish it with bitter cocoa and coffee beans and enjoy.
