Recipe Pasta With Sausage Sauce And Black Olives
Ingredients:
400 grams of pasta, 400 grams of pureed peeled tomatoes, 150 grams of Calabrese sausage, 20 black olives, dry oregano as required, extra virgin olive oil to taste, salt to taste, pecorino (optional)

Recipe:
Remove the gut from the sausage and cut it into small pieces. Heat a little oil in the pan and add the sausage, browning it well, then add the peeled smoothies. Lower the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add the oregano and olives. Taste and add salt if necessary. Meanwhile, salt the water for the pasta and lower the pasta. Drain it a couple of minutes beforehand directly into the pan with the sausage and olive sauce. Add cooking water as required, stir and finish cooking in the sauce. To taste, you can add some pecorino during the creaming. Serve hot.
