Recipe Chicken Salad With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

1.2 kilograms of chicken already boiled, 1 romaine lettuce, 2 ribs of celery, 1 yellow pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 fennel, 1 lime, 1 bunch of rocket, salt to taste, pomegranate grain, extra virgin olive oil d olive enough, 2 tablespoons of mustard.

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

Leave the boiled chicken and cut it into strips. Put it in a large bowl. Switch to vegetable preparation. Clean the peppers by removing the inside and the seeds, then cut them into thin strips. Put the peppers in another cup. Then clean the fennel by removing the central part and the stem, then finely chop the rest. Add the fennel in the same cup as the peppers. Then add the celery ribs cleaned from the filaments and slice thinly. Then cut the romaine lettuce and add it to the vegetables together with the rocket. In a bowl, beat the mustard with enough oil to obtain a sauce to dress the salad. Complete the dressing with lemon juice. Compose the dish with the salad at low, the chicken previously set aside, salt and pomegranate seeds.
