Recipe Light Cauliflower Rice Cake

Ingredients:

Cauliflower, rice, salted ricotta, a sachet of saffron, 1 glass of milk, 1 egg, basil, salt and oil.

Recipe:

To prepare this dish, boil and drain the rice. Then boil also cauliflower, drain it and perhaps with a fork, make a mixture of it. Heat a glass of milk so that it becomes warm. Add the saffron sachet to the milk and stir well. Then in a bowl break the whole egg, add some salt and beat it well. At this point all the ingredients can be added to the container with the egg, namely cabbage, rice, a spoonful of salted ricotta and basil, and proceed to mix everything. Prepare a non-stick pan, greasing it even on the edges with extra virgin olive oil, where the mixture will be placed evenly at the edges. Finally sprinkle everything with the remaining ricotta. At this point, bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Allow the pie to cool and serve on the table.
