At the Spazio Torricelli The Cooking Loft has its premises, a place dedicated to the passion for
cooking and to the practical preparation and tasting of both traditional recipes and also special and innovative ones. The Cooking Loft offers cooking classes based on different themes, with the cooperation of star-chefs as well as informal laboratories where 28 “students” can take part in lessons and try to realize dishes of any kind. Some tasting evenings will also be organized where top quality food products will be offered, products of Italy but also from abroad, with uncommon combinations.
