Recipe Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:

500 grams of cream, 350 grams of condensed milk, 50 grams of chocolate chips, 3 teaspoons of instant coffee, a cup of coffee

Doses for: 10 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

To make a delicious ice cream at home in different flavors, let's start whipping the cream with an electric whisk. Then add the condensed milk and continue to blend. This will be the base cream. Let's put half of them in another container and add the chocolate chips. Mix and place it in a tray with a lid, after having dusted it with other chocolate chips. We put it in the freezer and this will be the stracciatella. To the remaining part of the initial cream we add a cup of coffee and 3 teaspoons of instant coffee. Mix well and place in another covered tray. We decorate with a few coffee beans and put it in the freezer. It will be coffee ice cream. We can perform the same procedure to prepare other flavors. For example, adding 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the base cream will give the chocolate taste. And adding cherries in syrup we will have the black cherry ice cream.
