Recipe Pork Loin With BeerIngredients:1 kilo of pork loin, 1/2 liter of beer, an onion, a carrot, a stalk of celery, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 3 hours and 20 minutesRecipe: To be able to prepare excellent loin slices, we must first put the whole loin piece to marinate in brine for at least 24 hours with water and salt. Once past this time we can take out the loin and dry it with absorbent paper and start to beat it a little with the meat tenderizer to soften it. At this point we tie the loin with the kitchen string to make it more compact during cooking and pass it through the flour to then proceed to browning. Put the meat in a pan with a drizzle of oil and let it brown over high heat for a few minutes on both sides. Remove from the pan and transfer it to a casserole adding a carrot, the stem of a celery and an onion, all cut into coarser pieces and finally we also add rosemary, salt and pepper to your liking. Pour a few drops of oil and add the light beer. At this point, cover the casserole with foil and transfer everything to a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 180 minutes, turning and sprinkling the loin every 20 minutes. When cooked, pull out of the oven and leave to cool, then you can proceed to cut it into slices. We put the vegetables with the sauce that was created in the kitchen mixer and whisk everything and after heating it we can pour it on the loin slices. The dish is ready to be served!
